2024 DETAILS
Welcome to the 2024 Fall Youth League, a recreational volleyball league for all ages and skill levels! Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and competitive environment for all athletes, Pre K – 8th grade (boys and girls), to develop their skills and compete.
The first day of our league will be Monday, August 12th and the last day will be Saturday, September 28th. Each team will have a coach and practice one day a week. There will be five game days each Saturday (minus August 17th and Labor Day). Instead of playing on August 17th, teams will have a 2 hour practice. All levels of athletes will have the opportunity to practice, develop their skills, and compete.
Each player will be assigned to a team of similar grade and level. The league will be co-ed from Pre K- 8th grade. During registration, there will be an option for you to request other players to be on teams with your athlete. We will try our best to accommodate requests, however, not all requests can be honored.
Pre K – 4th Grade
- 9-10 players per team
- Price: $305
- Each player will receive 1 shirt and 1 jersey
- 1 hour practice once a week
- Saturday game days will include 2 hours of play
- Master coach will be provided to teams (experienced coach to help lead multiple teams in addition to assigned coach)
- On Saturday, August 17th, will not be a game day and teams will practice for 2 hours
- Modified court size
- Modified court height
- Modified scoring
- Soft Touch or U12 volleyball
5th-6th Grade
A chance to play with athletes at your skill level and for players looking to take the next step. This is open to boys and girls. Evaluations for those new to Monon Select or those desiring feedback on placement for teams will be on Monday, August 5th and Tuesday, August 6th from 6:00- 7:30 pm. Evaluations are not required but will be held on both days, must RSVP.

- At the end of the season teams will be play in our Fall Finale against our other locations, this will be held at The Academy Indianapolis
- First Saturday will not be a game day and teams will practice for 2 hours
- U-12 ball

- Step In line for Serving
7th-8th Grade

PRACTICES TIMES AND DATES
- Practices begin on Monday, August 12th. Teams will practices one weeknight, Monday- Thursday.
- Pre K- 4th Grade Division will practice from 5:30 pm- 6:30 pm
- 5th- 8th Grade Division will practice from 5:30 pm- 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm- 8:30 pm
- When registering, please be prepared with what practice options work best for your schedule as you will be asked to mark all that you are available for. We will do our best to fit your practice times with proper team placements. You may be contacted to move your practice time for best team placement. Practice times and dates are as follows:
GAME PLAY
- Game days will be on the following dates:
- Saturday, August 17 (2 hour practice)
- Saturday, August 24
- Saturday, September 7
- Saturday, September 14
- Saturday, September 21
- Saturday, September 28
- This will be the Fall Youth League Finals, hosted at the Indianapolis location between teams (5th-8th grade) from all 3 clubs.
- K-4th grade will stay at their specific locations on this day.
- Each regular game day, your team will be scheduled to play between 2 to 3 games against other teams between 8 am and 1 pm. Games will be designed for the appropriate level of the group. Exact times for the games and length of the day will be communicated toward the start of the season.
- For our League Finals, all 3 locations Fall Youth League teams (5th – 8th Grade Only) will meet at our Indianapolis Location for 3- 6 matches. This day may go longer than a regular game day and more information will be sent 2 weeks in advance.
